Weekly Meal Plan January 30, 2012

Monday:

  • Swedish Meatballs (BHG cookbook)
  • Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Feta

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

  • Turkey Burgers–mix with Worcestershire, Onion and Seasoning salt and Grill

Thursday:

  • Company–Potluck Dinner
  • Salad: Lettuce Mixture, Balsamic Vinegar, Sliced Pears, Candied nuts, Feta, Thinly Sliced Red Onion

Friday:

Saturday:
  • Homemade Egg Rolls: follow directions on Egg Roll Wrappers package, use Broccoli slaw for veggies or any other fresh/frozen chopped veggies.  Bake instead of fry, use cooking spray instead of oil to coat each egg roll!
  • Fried Rice
Sunday:
  • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches: Pork loin and seasoning packet directions in the crockpot
  • Salad
