Between pregnancy, play dates, appointments and housework I tend to get hungry often and always want a snack! It is so easy to grab a bowl of ice cream or some cookies (chips would be an option but I don’t keep those in the house). To help encourage you and me to snack a little healthier watch for Healthy Snack Saturday.
- Whole grain Tortilla or Pita
- Spread LIGHTLY with peanut butter
- Thinly slice an apple and place on tortilla
- Eat flat or roll up and enjoy!
