Weekly Meal Plan February 13, 2012

This week is a little more intense with the good recipes!  There are some hearty ones and I’m doing a meal swap this week, so some of these may get carried over to next week.  That is how I like to do my meal planning.  If for some reason a meal is substituted it can be put on next weeks plan–I already have all the supplies for it!






  • Burgers–Season meat with Worcestershire, Onion and Seasoning salt before grilling
  • Sweet Potato Fries– slice sweet potatoes, spray with cooking spray, bake at 400 turning once until cooked through, season as desired
