This week is a little more intense with the good recipes! There are some hearty ones and I’m doing a meal swap this week, so some of these may get carried over to next week. That is how I like to do my meal planning. If for some reason a meal is substituted it can be put on next weeks plan–I already have all the supplies for it!
Monday:
- Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Bread
- Fresh Fruit
Tuesday:
- Chicken Enchiladas
- Steamed Peas
- Smoothies
Wednesday:
- Sausage Stuffed Butternut Squash
- Green Garden Salad
Thursday:
- Company–Potluck Dinner
- Lasgana
Friday:
- Burgers–Season meat with Worcestershire, Onion and Seasoning salt before grilling
- Sweet Potato Fries– slice sweet potatoes, spray with cooking spray, bake at 400 turning once until cooked through, season as desired
