6oz Beef Stew Meat
1 Unpeeled Potato (1inch pieces)
¼ Cup Onion Chopped
¼ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
16 oz. Can Baked Beans
Mix Beef, Potatoes, Onion, Salt and Pepper in 3 ½-4 qt slow cooker for 6 servings or in 2 ½-3 ½ quart
slow cooker for 2 servings. Spread beans over beef mixture.
Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours or until beef is tender.

3-4 Sweet Peppers
1.5 lb chicken (boneless/skinless)
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbl Cumin
1.5 Tbl Chili powder
Squirt of Lime Juice
Combine sliced onion and peppers, place on bottom of crockpot. Lay chicken on top of veggies. Pour broth over top. Sprinkle with seasonings and lime. Cook on low 8 hours or High 4-6 hours. Once cooked, shred chicken and mix with veggies, serve with fixings in fajitas.
